PRIVATE TOUR

Tour Final Numbers Policy:

  • An email indicating the final number of visitors is required five working days prior to the visit. Charges will be based on actual attendance, however should a guaranteed number not be given on the date of arrival, the anticipated indicated number of visitors given in the email

Tour Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation in writing no shorter than 24 hours of the tour date will incur no cost
  • For groups with private tour bookings, cancellation in writing or by phone less than 24 hours of the tour date may incur a $250 administration fee
  • For free independent travellers, cancellation in writing or by phone less than 24 hours of the tour date will incur no cost
  • No shows with no advisement of cancellation will be charged based on final numbers given

CATERING

Catering Final Numbers Policy:

  • An email indicating the menu selection is required 10 or more business days prior to the visit.
  • An email indicating the final number of visitors is required 5 working days prior to the visit.

Catering Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation in writing 10 or more business days of the tour date will incur no cost
  • Cancellation in writing or by phone between 10 business days and 48 hours may incur an invoice to cover cost of catering goods already purchased
  • Cancellation in writing or by phone less than 48 hours of the tour date may incur a $250 administration fee, plus an invoice to cover cost of catering goods already purchased
  • No shows with no advisement of cancellation will be charged based on final numbers given

Credit Facilities:

  • Preferred method of payments are either; Direct Deposit via invoice or Credit Card on the day of visit.
  • Credit facilities for invoicing will not be available unless authorised by Tahune Adventures Tasmania and the nominated person from your company.
  • Credit must be requested at least 5 days prior to arrival.
  • If credit is approved, an email/voucher from your company listing the exact numbers of your group must be communicated/presented prior to or upon arrival to facilitate accurate invoicing.
  • An invoice with direct deposit details will be sent on or after the date of the visit. Payment is required within 30 days from the date of issue of the invoice.

Responsible Service of Alcohol:

  • Tahune Adventures Tasmania is committed to responsible service of alcohol practices. Therefore, service may be refused if guests appear intoxicated or appear to be under the age of 18.

Loss and Damage to Tahune Adventures Tasmania Property:

  • You are responsible for all loss or damage to the property caused by or arising from any act or omission by you, your guests or any other person attending your visit. The tour company is responsible for breakages, theft or damages to the venue and site. In such an event, the tour company will be charged for additional costs.

Right of Refusal:

  • Tahune Adventures Tasmania reserves the right to refuse or accept any booking. 

Smoking:

  • Smoking is not permitted in dining areas. Smoking is permitted only in the designated areas. Please see Tahune staff on site for further information.
